Going down a motorway at night when it's a bit misty is a dream. You get your own light display. 130's have feeling's as well you know

Premium led on the 90 FE and Matrix on the 110. Premium are very good but I’ve gone from halogen in a vw caddy to led in a defender so it’s a big upgrade for me

Question. I’ve not had chance to try it out. I have matrix on my X Dynamic and so far I’ve just driven it and let them do their own thing, which is great. It’s fascinating they way they instantly react to cars around you. Way better than the D4 high beam assist.
If I was to manually select high beam at a lower speed than the normal trigger point for the matrix function, would it still blank out the segments for vehicles in front? In other words if I put high beam on in the busy village high street, would I blind everyone else? 2021 Defender 110 X-Dynamic HSE D300 MHEV 1966 S2a 109 aka Betsy |

Gareth you can have normal lights or manual. There is the setting on the knob for auto or manual, there is also a setting in the pivypro menu to turn on the matrix lights. 130's have feeling's as well you know

2 things I have found with the Matrix headlights with AHBA is if you use the stalk to manually dip the headlights then sometimes they stay on manual dipping and need to be reset in the PivPro at the place in Andrew’s photos and second quite often when you get an OTA software update it resets a whole load of settings including the AHBA to the default off position, so after an update do check all the settings you have in the PivoPro are how you like them. I won’t be using the Auto High Beam Assist on my premium lights, it’s just not as good or as quick as the Adaptive Driving Beam on the Matrix lights. Had it on a DS and it was rubbish, mind they may have improved it since 2015. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

Yes. I understand. Wendy was complaining that oncoming cars were flashing her, I think she had pushed the stalk forwards and manually set high beam. 2021 Defender 110 X-Dynamic HSE D300 MHEV 1966 S2a 109 aka Betsy |

We’ll probably need to wait until October for it to be dark enough Mind you, my DS had Xenons as that was the best at the time, LED may react quicker. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue |
