Bulkhead leak
Following on from my rust spotted rubber mats. I think I have sussed the leak. It appears to be coming from the foam rubber seal between the top of the bulkhead and bottom of the screen. I know the bolt heads from the window blocks have been rusting, but just thought it was condensation. Its clear from pressing the foam rubber seal that it is full of moisture. I presume water is dripping under the bottom of the screen lip, and onto this seal, then soaking through it - so, does anyone know how to stop it leaking please?

We applied silicon sealant along the seal from the outside of the vehicle. Stopped the leaks.
When it started to leak again, applied silicon sealant along the seal from the outside between the top of the windscreen and the roof. Stopped the leaks.
When water got in again one time, someone just didn't close the front passenger door (driver's side for RHD vehicles). Closed the door properly, stopped the leaks.
