I don’t think it will I’m afraid. TDCi fitted with MT82 gearbox only > 110 XS Double Cab

I have one of these fitted myself. Significant reduction in lever throw and a more positive gear selection.

This one is from a Defender that is going back to standard for sale > 110 XS Double Cab
