ps do not get me wrong I'm not a driving angel but it is my car, and when I spoke to the garage they were unrepentent basically could not give a toss.
I though if that is how little they care about customer cars I wonder how much care & attention they give when it comes to servicing etc ! 2020 P300 HSE |

 As you say, if they don't care about the customers cars, then do they really care about safety?  An engine to TDi for!

I have heard, but cant confirm, that Hartwells are no longer a Landrover franchise. I think they lost the deal.
I did drive by at the weekend and there are Landys and Rangys for sale still but i think it will go through soonish.!!! |

Now Ridgeway Landrover - All staff
are the same lets hope the people at the top have a different attitude to customers - to be fair other parts of the Ridgeway group do 2020 P300 HSE |

I noticed this week when I drove past that the name had changed to Ridgeway.
Like you say, maybe a rebrand might make them buck their ideas up a bit. |

Hartwells in Northampton have been re branded to Guy Salmon- still run by the same arrogant muppets

Muddymarkey, at least you are fairly near to James French in Standlake because when your warranty runs out there's no finer indy. I'm really looking forward to my visit to them in 2 weeks time not least cos I'll be on hols

Not read all the posts but my Expediance was the local
Dealer strata tone of Aylesbury just aren't interested in selling Year old defenders or new .... They seem fixated on selling RR D4's. I offered them £22k cash for a year old 110 they had on their Books and the reply was " we don't do deals" I calmly said "call me went you want to do a deal" They never did.... Have fun be happy |
