Fix for Driver's side window letting air in while driving??

So I've got a 2012 Def 110 that's letting a bit of air in from the top rear corner of the driver's side window. How do I go about fixing this? Just replace the seal or something else?

Are you sure it’s the window and not the top rear of the door frame where it meets the seal when closed (obviously) ?
Mine doesn’t seal perfectly at that location.
