In all honesty I think you’ll be looking at 4 to 5 months for a factory order.

Email some of the big dealership chains with your spec and see if they have anything that suits in their unsold stock or a demo they might part with. Some have upwards of a choice of 30 cars between their outlets. My local dealer is part of a group that last July had a stock of 50 unsold 110’s in all specs, variations and colours and they aren’t one of the bigger groups. However do be aware that a) a lot of the dealer fit option packs and accessories are in short supply and b) some orders are being held at the factory because of parts shortages so the fewer options you want can get you a car quicker.
Things like expedition roof racks, folding ladders, lunch boxes and spare wheel covers seem to be rarer than hens teeth at the moment. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed! |

Oh dear, all of those options are “required”
Are they all “dealer fit” or factory? 4 to 5 months is about right for me but it probably means I need to get on it Dare I ask discounts Andy. 22MY Defender 110 X Dynamic HSE D250, Gondwana Stone with too many options! 2022 Range Rover Sport D300 Dynamic Autobiography, Firenze Red with Black Pack. As Tim says, have a look around. Your spec sounds like something a dealer would have either in stock or coming as stock. There are part delays, as Tim has mentioned, I can’t get spare wheel cover or rubber mats for love nor money. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

They're all dealer fit options though (and all ordered with mine) so shouldn't be an issue on the production line... Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history) |

I'm in a similar position.
Obviously, having spent hours on the configurator, little else but 'my' specification will suffice When I first started to talk turkey with my dealer (late January), I was told to expect a delivered car in May. Since then, having placed an order, I've been told that "all Defender orders [have been placed by JLR] into the holding pool awaiting build slots. I have a suspicion that this means the model year 2022 is being moved forward but I don’t have any confirmation of this." I've chased for an update since then but received nothing. Another user here has been told that their order will now be a MY22 car, which means late summer, early autumn 21 at best. My D4 went the day it was advertised, and now I have to drive my old Defender around |

One thing is for certain - the longer you hang fire pulling the trigger, the longer you will have to wait for your new vehicle (whatever it is) from today. Get it ordered (or selected from current dealer stock).
I'm really gld I didnt wait on mine now - (much to SMBO's annoyance) it took me one week from test drive to signing the iPad to order. I have just over 30 days to go though no chickens will be actually counted until I know (i.e. browbeat my salesman) its actually run down the line at Nitra Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history) |

Tell me about it. I even have my “ideal” spec in mind ready to go. https://buildyour.landrover.co.uk/lr2/r/su..._vplep0379 Click image to enlarge Just waiting on that moment of weakness from SWMBO. |
