If you don’t ask, you don’t get…
Youngest daughter skidded on ice and has “written off” her car - seven year old Fabia, crumpled wings and bonnet, doubt the insurance company will repair it - and needs something quickly to be able to continue work. It just might be that one of you guys (general term, nothing sexist meant) has something to dispose of? The car she’s just looked at turns out to have more corrosion than at first glance (a nine-year old car with 50,000 miles, absolutely pristine bodywork and interior like new, front suspension mountings rotten as a pear, wouldn’t pass another MOT, incredible).
Less than 1.5 litre or so for insurance, close enough to Great Yarmouth where she lives so she could inspect it?
