United Kingdom 2006 Defender 90 Td5 PU Epsom Green
Wandering steering / handling
Right chaps, got a 2006 TD5 90 (41k). Its got a tendancy to wander a little and not be what I would call "sharp" at handling on the road. Feels a bit like the bumps in the road control it a little rather. Hard to explain but on country roads feels like its not quite handling a crisply as it should.

Wanted new suspension so all new HD springs, new Koni heavy track shocks and Bilstein steering damper. Also new drop arm ball joint (tiny amount of play, but I am a perfectionist!) and I have rebuild all the hubs and replaced all seals, gaskets, bearings, swivel bearings etc etc.

So, any thoughts as to whats causing it and if anyone has experienced this before? I should note I am running insa turbo special tracks at the moment, but my friend runs a set on his 110 and all is fine n dandy on that and it steers well with no wandering. Both sets of wheels I run are balanced etc.
