Looks good. Looks much darker on the configurator, but I always hoped it'd be a little lighter

Interesting. The base was /all/ cloth in the States at least, and that's what I have spec'd in my build (scheduled for next week). It'll be interesting to see what they do. Seems a bit like rolling the dice, but oh well -- I had no issue with the cloth seats and I live in a desert in the middle of a huge drought, so there'll be some delay on waterspotting either way! All cloth is available here, to me it looked better than the woven stuff on the S spec, LR though deleted the base model from the diesel engine range on the 90 here in the UK, it’s now P300 only. So I had to change my order from base to S when 21MY went live. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

I'm casting my mind back to that long video of the design team behind the new Defender. Wasn't there a lady whose only responsibility was fabrics and materials for the interior? I wonder where she is now... |

Working on the replacements for L405 and L494 I expect. I’ve been told by my local dealership that the spec for the seat fabric was not met by the supplier. That might be pure tripe from the dealer of course Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed! |

LR dealers have just contacted me about the stains. there's a bulletin out about them.
Mine was due for inspection at the dealers tomorrow. They have just phoned to say they have ordered new seat covers for replacement but they are on backorder. At last, they are doing something right |

Is the bulletin just the same/revised cleaning procedure or is the advice different now given what your dealer appears to be doing?

I have no idea.
Dealer phoned me to say they had ordered seat covers but are on backorder. I had been to Gaydon a few weeks ago to do some testing on some new systems, they saw it and said they would speak to management about it. That started the ball rolling and the dealer phoned me to take it in for inspection, next was the phone call to say covers were ordered and a bulletin had been issued. Let's see what happens. |
