Front Shock Tower Height
Hello collective,

My Defender came with tubular shock mounts on, I'm not sure if they are made specifically for the +2 lift it has, I'm about to remove the lift kit and go back to standard.

Could someone please tell me how tall the front shock towers are so I can check to see if mine need replaced with normal height ones.

If you're changing back to standard height then you can't go wrong with the galvanised offering from Gwyn Lewis.

My bill from Gwyn is going to be a big one this month then Laughing I've already replaced the prop shafts and a few other bits and bobs from the old owners running the car lifted for a long time on the stock items.

Can’t really go wrong buying Gwyns stuff, not cheap, but all works as it should and lasts a long time,
