Air suspension auto-adjust frequency
This is the first vehicle I’ve had with air suspension so I’m not really sure of what’s normal . I’ve noticed the vehicle will make adjustments (raise) to either the front or rear several time throughout a drive. Is that typical? Or could it possibly be losing pressure? I have adjusted the default height with a 25mm raised offset with the GAP tool, but I would t think that would make a difference.

That's exactly how it works. It will make adjustments all the time.

You may brake hard for a red light and come to a complete stop. Then a second or two later the nose will rise and level out.

You may open a door or even walk by the vehicle and the it will hiss at you and adjust.
Air ride makes the vehicle more like a living breathing thing.
