Has Citroen gone and got its oddball mojo back?
Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

Watched Jonny Smith's video (formerly the CarPervert, now the Late Brake Show) of it as well, quite enjoyable (both the video and the "car")!

I don't really see any practical use for it outside an urban environment, but obviously that's not what it's aimed at anyway (youngsters and disabled people aside perhaps).

I quite like the the concept and how they implemented it, quirky but lovely (albeit not very masculin/manly) Defender 130 HCPU Td5 MY2000

For the money though, you'd be buying a very limited car. Throw in a few more USD's (yes, that's dollars) and buy an ex-lease Fiat 500e overseas and have it shipped over. They are very cheap at the moment, they hardly degrade with a range of ~60+ mi on a single charge. And it seats 4 (well, 2+2 really), has A/C, radio, ABS etc.. And it will go 85 mph, so you're not limitted to the city /B-roads. Only downside is they're LHD obviously. If you don't fancy importing one yourself, there's probably a local shop that has already done it for you (at least here in NL there are quite a few). Defender 130 HCPU Td5 MY2000
