Looks very tidy, rust on tub cappings as mentioned probably would be through to the inside, rivets are unpainted so guess it hasn't had any work done to the tub, electric windows and central locking is a big bonus on a TD5, wish I had them Mad also no chequer plate to hide anything is good

United Kingdom 2015 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Aintree Green
Looks quite tidy outside.
Sadly the puma seats with split vinyl trim, that don't match the rest of the Techno trim would bug me.
That can be fixed though if all else is well.
No chequer plate is big positive point.

As Blackwolf highlighted, circulation tax is a reoccurring expense. If there is a mechanical issue, a paintwork issue etc, it can be fixed, at a cost of course, but if done right will be done once. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing
2012 90 CSW, 2.2TDCI, Santorini Black

Totally agree; one of my first upgrades will be new seats. I'm guessing one of the previous owners replaced the originals with these on the cheap.

2005 is the best year, as it had the better one piece doors (introduced at the end of 2004) but avoids the higher rate road tax (March 2006 onwards)

United Kingdom 2016 Defender 90 Puma 2.2 HT Corris Grey
Pennine Autos guys bought a 2008 Puma off me which I'd done 100k miles in, they were really nice people to deal with, very down to earth & typically Yorkshire (I'm a Lancastrian!) attitude...down to earth, they were honest in their appraisal & didn't try to hide anything when they sold it on. Since 1973...S1, Air Portable's, Defender's, but only my Wolf TUL HS GS remains
