[Found] LED Headlights
Looking for a set of LED Headlights. Would consider the big three; Nolden, Trucklite or JW Speaker, no Chinese non legal stuff. Thanks Instagram: L90andy

Can highly recommend LED bulbs from Classic Car LED's, Andy. They've been something of a revelation to many of us:

Unfortunately I'm devoid of headlamps to put them in hence so looking for whole assemblies. That's why it feels like an opportunity to 'upgrade'. Cheers though. Instagram: L90andy

These Classic bulbs have an external control unit - do all led h4s have / require a control unit.
Some offered for sale don't show a unit - just a bulb? Question

Not sure, I'm afraid. They'll all need a controller but I don't know if somebody has made one small enough to fit inside a bulb base. On the face of it, it seems unlikely. Darren

Done a bit more research and some brands ( Philips, Twenty20 ) do have integrated electronics . Pretty sure this means the controller / driver is inside the base of the bulb. Neat but I will need to check whether there is room for it to fit. I think there should be.
