2011 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 USW Stornoway Grey
i find driving in Europe far more relaxing than the UK, you seem get to places quicker with far less effort and the road surfaces on average tend to be far better. Cheers

New. Lots of cars are limited, for various reasons.

New Defender, both MY20 and MY21.

D200 limited to 109 mph.
D240/250 limited to 117 mph.
D300/P300/P400 limited to 119 mph, optional 130mph with 22" wheels factory fitted.

I know what you mean - top speed of 82mph was a pain even on crowded U.K. motorways.
Gave my Puma a BAS tune with speed limiter removal and now cruising at 85mph + on the Autobahn just about keeps up with the traffic.
Pete Bell does bespoke things to engine management systems https://bellautoservices.co.uk/engine-remaps/ and has customer service that is outstanding. Could be worth a call, even though the "New Defender" doesn't yet figure on his site.

Thanks for this info. It bit difficult to visit with current travel restricton to UK. They're a bit off my usual travel route in UK (Newcastle going North to Scotland) though.

And I wonder how to deal with OTA updates overwriting the changes made again...

The usual suspect ECU specialists in Germany do not have anything on offer neither.

My thoughts entirely the same! Ref road surfaces, even the Belgium motorways have been resurfaced and repaired. Additionally you don't get 35 miles of contraflow or speed restrictions in Germany either. 2020 Defender 110 SE 240D: Fuji White.

If you want sublime road surfaces, go to the Polish paid motorways. If you want absolutely awful surfaces, use their free dual carriageways, if the one from Wroclaw to Łódź is anything to go by. Whistle
