you need to buy new clips oterwise ease off gently roof has 3 central ribs unless you have double cab , i have screwed a peice of quarter inch ply before now accross the ribs then you have fixing for map pockets ect

Not bonded anywhere and it does come off easily provided you take care with the clips. No need to order any in advance, if you do manage to break any it will only be one or two. They are a 'christmas tree' design and may well be available in your local motor factors or Halfords (though they might be black). Ebay will see you okay.
I removed mine to insulate above it. |

cheers guys...
right so far, i've removed all the clips/studs, rear view mirror and flange!, the sunvisors and the trims on the inside gutter section. on my 110 the front section slips into the middle section, so i'm expecting it come from the windscreen edge first, but it's holding up just fine with no fixings in place... is it also fixed at the front interior light or is that just attached to the ceiling card? do i just get an edge and tug... |
