2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SW Tonga Green

Blend door control knob

I had the dash this past weekend replacing the wiper system (yeah that was fun) I put the dash all back together and everything worked fine. EXCEPT.... I when to turn the hearted on and I turned up the fan - no problem, I grabbed the control know to switch from foot only to face and foot selection and the air wasn’t coming out of the face ducts. When I tried to move the sector knob to floor and erfrorst and to defrost the selector knob would go that far. I have removed the dash center panel completely and checked all the door wires and they are all attached but the blend door selector knob wire going to the back face ducts feels jammed.

HAs anyone had any similar experience? Any idea what I can do?
