P0101-17 Fault right after remapping
This morning I installed a BAS remap, on the first trip I was getting the P101-17 fault, then going into limp mode. Reset and went right back again.

Went home and reset it map back to standard recovery and go the same code. Has anyone else had the same experience. I read that may be a cracked hose. I've drove the truck all week with before the remap and never had a problem. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Mine had the same fault but only after a few days of whooshing sounds. Turned out to be a split intercooler hose.
Did you change the hoses at least when you did the Remap? Chances are the hoses were on the verge of going and the remap just tipped them over the edge.
If you have a remap I'd suggest you change the hoses anyway as sooner or later they will split.

I didn't change my hoses. The truck on has 20K miles on it. The short hose that cause the most problems look ok. I may have to take the hoses out to inspect. I was hoping not to have to do that.

Mine was the top hose. Luckily the easiest one to check. 😏
Just out of interest did you go for the 150 or 170 map?

Thumbs Up then even if the fault isn't the hoses this time I'd suggest you buy the silicone ones asap. And probably an intercooler. Mr. Green

Perhaps it would be an idea to contact Pete Bell himself, he is very helpful and may be able to help you out.

I have been working with Pete, I posted this post before he responded to me. He has been fantastic, helping me problem shoot. The bad thing is that I just can't drive to his shop, I'm across the pond... lol
