Roof to windscreen frame seals

My 300tdi is having a bit of a refurb so I've been dismantling it ready for the body shop and making a list of things I need to buy ready for putting it back together. I'm just a bit puzzled by the seals between the windscreen frame and roof. Mine had one stuck to the windscreen frame, a very thin seal, almost looked like insulation tape and then what I would call a conventional rubber seal fitted to the roof. Googling the seals throws up a third seal, part number MUC6400. and suggests that two are fitted, one each side.They look like small squares in the photos I've seen. Mine doesn't appear have these two seals fitted, should they be there and should I get some for re-assembly? Can anyone explain where these seals fit exactly as I can't figure it out! Any help appreciated.
