On second Defender 110 first edition
First new 110 got water under seats after 3 days ( dont now how - but was a known problem on pre production) so car was rejected as all electrics under seats.

2nd car Is starting to show similar problems with infotainment system jammed.

Anybody else having these problems???

That's terrible. What did the dealer say? WARNING.

The two Demo cars at my dealers stopped playing music, couldn’t Bluetooth music, no radio etc. They disconnected the battery, after that everything worked fine. No idea if it reoccurred though, but there is some gremlins with Pivi Pro, it’s a new system so I can forgive them to an extent, so long as they get on top of it and don’t drag it out like they did with incompetent or incontrol touch pro.

I had over a year of software issues on my Velar, now running as it should thankfully, I’m hoping for better on the Defender.

I’ve done some wading but not yet noticed smelly carpet mats or puddles like I get in the old 90 Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

Driver fault - same excuse as the oil dilution issues at the time.

Solution - don't use it

I wonder if it’s coming in through the battery box ventilation holes............ just like on the old ones.
