United Kingdom 1988 Defender 90 V8 Petrol ST Shire Blue
[SOLD] Exmoor Trim sand canvas hood
Exmoor trim sand canvas hood with side windows. To fit later Td5/Puma header rail with internal Flat Rigid Plastic Strip sewn into the front of the hood.

3 yrs old. Garaged for majority of the time, great condition with no shrinkage. Cost £355 new. Looking for £220 collected from Hungerford area or can arrange RV.

It’s in great condition, no leaks, tears, stains or shrinkage. It’s been tensioned properly from day one and does everything a hood should!

I took it off the blue one (in the photos) yesterday. It’s been on there since the roof came off In July 2017.

Ive now fitted an end of line-style Defender HUE hood which was a bit more cash shall we say! JB

Yes, header rails can be swapped. Its just the part bolted to the top of the screen surround, just fit later style to take this hood. Cheers

...and back in the room. I’ve been away laning for a couple of days and getting very wet and dunking the V8 on Salisbury Plain.

Yup, as said rails can be swapped. Simple unbolt job and I chose the later header rail
because it is easier/better/etc. JB
