Td5 90 straight through centre exhaust
Hi.

I’m wanting to change the centre exhaust on my td5 90 to a straight through. Have seen some recommendations on here for twisted, alive and demand engineering. All great but in these COVID times money is tight and I want to sweat it more.

Any recommendations for a budget version?

Just want it to sound a little sweeter.

Many thanks

I don't know what I have, I bought mine on a car booth sale. It was cheap enough to try it and I like it.

It is just a piece of pipe with the right shape, nothing special so you don't need the best quality for a lot off money.

According to youtube I mounted it in februari 2017.

Decat and straight through middle section. The small silencer on the end is still there. Roel

That’s the sound I’m after. Just where to get the pipe is the first step

Thanks for the share roel

Lots of manufacturers do them, just be sure to get one that has proper bends in it so the pipe has not been excessively squeezed to achieve the shape.

Thanks Chris. Was looking at the terrafirma version. Thing that might be the one.
