2010 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Galway Green

Repainting Dash centre consul

Hi all just fishing for some info, does anyone know if the dash centre consul is an expensive item, want to get one and have it sprayed up, same as the twisted defenders in my chosen colour.

Obviously have no wish to drive around without one whilst it's getting done hence after a new one.

Has anyone done this mod ?

It would only take a day max to take it off and spray it

I took mine off to do the same in silver but decided against it as the spray can paint I would be using wouldn't be very durable and would be covered in scratches in no time even if I probably laquered it

A pro job might be different though

I've been thinking the same but doing a carbon fibre look .. found a supplier http://www.carbonmods.co.uk/Default.aspx

but I will probably buy a panel to play with first .. anyone know the part number and price ?
