Rudland Rigg is a great lane with wide expansive views. You'll see on the map that it's straight as a die.

At the North-end are some steps - so I'd suggest do the southern half SE6592-01 and hang a right onto SE6497-04 and enjoy the descent and views. It's a bit bumpy at the way down but will make you smile rather than grimace.

There's also more lovely lanes North of Pickering around Esk Dale - Glaisdale Moor NZ7404-04 & NZ7504-05 are easy peasy with views, and NZ504-04 is a descent off it to make a loop if you like. Also NZ7303-02 to the west is worth a drive to complete a loop around. Leaholm Moor NZ7309-03 is long and easy with smashing views the other way to Beacon Hill.

P.S. I've driven all of these - plus some of the other ones around there that are scratchy, rutted, scary or just plain dull!
