Provided no hidden extras, the list for that new is £50,775 OTR so not a huge discount.
My old and dim eyes cannot tell if it might have a white contrast roof which isn’t an option listed on the configurator, it might just be the way the light is reflecting off the car though. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come 2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed! |

I've recently been looking at Jimny prices for delivery mileage examples. At £29,995 they make the 2020 Defender look value for money. Looks like "Suzuki G Wagen" prices are taking off like our iconic Defender. Defender 90XS SW

Yes, I agree. Maybe even less if you take off the current road tax annual fee. Curious about the 1st year VED and whether that should be passed through, or whether the starting point for a used vehicle should be Retail (Inc VAT). Then there's this one: Click image to enlarge Last edited by Supacat on 23rd Aug 2020 6:45am. Edited 1 time in total |

I saw a new style Jimny in the supermarket car park this morning and did a double take as it had a spare wheel cover with a “Jeep” logo on it! It was definitely a new style Jimny though. Maybe the owner was thinking Jeep as in GP / generic name for a utility vehicle and what we Defender / Land Rover owners (any model) hate to hear our vehicles called! That's been hovering just over 50K for a few weeks now. There is/was this one at £46,575 https://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/ad...7101094968 |

That’s not a saving as such, the base model starts at £45,600. That one in the listing only has about £1000 worth of options. That one appeals to me though, or maybe I’m just being tight?
My base spec 110 comes in around £49k, the bulk of that is the Tasman Blue paint and the White roof. Which is where I want to be price wise really. |

I made the mistake... back in the day... seeing a barely one year old Land Cruiser on the forecourt of my local Toyota dealership.... where I had bought my LC4 from just a few years or so before.. I just had to go for it!
I was a bit 'iffy' about it - some minor exterior scratches and permanent bird damage on the roof and such like. But I was so keen to get the latest model - bought it! Then found windscreen damage glass in the car and it failed its first MOT because the headlights were way out of alignment - no wonder I kept getting 'flashed' - so clearly it had been 'front ended' A year or so later I saw my car (reg. mark) on the front cover of an off road magazine.... no wonder, it had been through hell and when Toyota (they wouldn't tell me its history of course - 'just a management car' or some such they said) said there appeared to be excessive corrosion underneath I 'got shot of' and bought a brand new Discovery 4. So be warned .... |

I reckon you would get 6% off that
Has the NFU started to support them on the member discounts yet? That’s always over what you can get off from the dealer. 1951 80" S1 2.0 1995 110 300TDI 1995 90 300TDI |

It caught my eye because I was pondering something like this with a Keswick or Grasmere wrap on the body. |

At this rate, I could PEX my 2016 XS for a new Defender with a cash adjustment going my way! Since 1973...S1, Air Portable's, Defender's, but only my Wolf TUL HS GS remains
