[Wanted] Borrow a trailer for a very worthy cause
Hi all.
I have volunteered to move a double bed for someone, shortened story it’s a chap of 104 who is coming home for his last bit of life due to cancer , he is having a special bed delivered for him but I need to shift the current one only a few miles ,

Ideally it will be one afternoon this week as the sooner it’s done the sooner the rest of the plan can come into place

I’m happy to travel a bit to collect but not too far If possible folks ?
I think if it’s dry it can sit on top of a trailer of required ?

Don’t like asking for favors or borrow things , but this is a time critical and worthy ask,

Thanks in advance folks

P.s should not of sold my trailer a few months back Rolling Eyes

You'd be welcome to borrow my 8 ft Ifor, but I think I'm a bit far away on the Welsh borders

The move is actually in the Horsley area (surrrey) but I live near Aldershot
I think it will be a 1/2 job as only moving it local , thanks

Shame. Had you been closer to the Dorset side of Hants I'd have offered the use of the rack on my 110, but you're a bit far for that option I'm afraid. Sorry.

I’ve got a couple of trailers you could borrow. The one on the right is a standard Penman so you’d have to strap it on top , it’s got a NATO hitch (but standard 12v electrics). The one on the left is on a 50mm hitch but has no brakes (it doesn’t really need any, it’s very light). The roof and side panels would need to come off but I’ll be removing them anyway when I eventually get my project started. I’m in Andover.
