As I recall the harness end connectors for the standard LR lights are normal Econoseal connectors; if so it would not be difficult to convert the trailer harness to suit the complete standard NAS-type light unit, which would make sourcing spares in the future much easier.

The type that are on the trailer look to be better protected from water ingress.
I've had lots of trouble with water in standard NAS lights on the front of my Foers Ibex, where they are open to spray.
