Bought several items off them (axle stands, compressor, air ratchet, air impact gun, engine crane etc) but they can indeed be a bit awkward when it comes to faulty items or returns. ONE LIFE, GET IT!

Awesome with the order - and their stuff seems good. One item was wrong. Joint effort, in fairness. Never any argument to sort it - but took AGES and prompting. But WAS sorted - so would use them again. |

I bought some gas rams from them for interior storage mods. No issues.

They seem ok, I've no complaints about my engine stand but, it is just a generic one.
I'm trying to avoid buying a hydraulic press from them, when I called to ask some questions I got a pretty frosty response. Suspect like many they may be overstretched as result of Covid. I think they're like any large chinesium product retailer but with a better warranty. 1985 127 V8 Build Thread Series 2 109" Series 1 80" |

I have bought several items from them over the last couple of months and their response has been 1st class.
One item went adrift in the post, so without quibble they sent me another straight away. When the original item turned up some 3 weeks later they sent a prepaid postage return label. Just reporting what I have found, as it appears to be nothing like what others have experienced. 1983 Series 3 Pick up in Marine Blue 1967 Morris Traveller 1966 Morris Convertible 2012 VW T5 Camper Quod Abundat Non Obstat. |

I bought a compressor from them recently. Box was dented and handle was broken on receipt. Sent me a new handle without fuss.

As I noted in my comment in the thread above, on the one occasion when I have needed after-sales service from them it was exemplary. My experience to date suggests that their products are at the better end of the "value tools" spectrum, and their service is excellent. |

SGS are OK but definitely a Value range I have one of their compressors the manifold was made of cheese it cracked and went in the bin within 18 months. They could supply a new one but it would have been the same quality so i made my own from copper pipe. The Pressure switch was iffy too so upgraded that at the same time. 110 MY23.5 X Dynamic HSE
