I had 35's on my 110, 2 inch lift and +50mm arches.

Kind of aaware the ride will be comprimised In the past I have had 90's with MTR's and they are not great, really could do with finding a ATR 35 .. if something exists Phib |

Bfg ATs are available in a 35 x 15. You'll need new.wheels anyway with a much deeper offset. I was running et-32.
I had those on before then MTs and the ride was still a bit yukky. |

Do you mean Max Traction Radial as in the Goodyear MTR or are you meaning Mud Terrain (MT)? |

These are all images with mine on 35's shoes. i do in fairness have 5/6 inch lift on it done by custom springs. I have the Glyn Lewis front mudflaps which rub slightly but I want to change them so that the mud flab is behind the bracket - hopefully this will eliminate the rub. I am also going to try a set of 37's on before i go for another set of rims to see if they work and how bad they rub etc but 35's do get tight - with 37's I would have thought you would definately want more than a 2 inch lift and if you can, get Adrenaline 4x4 to make you up cuistom length A frame and trailing arms for the rear to centralise the wheel in the arch with the lift and you would need a custom prop too.

Thanks for the reply, that looks great on 35's and what look like bowler wheels.
Certainly given me some inspiration. I think with the level of work needed for 37's they wont be for me ... at this stage. Many thanks Phib |

Thought i would share these on here after my previous post. Now sitting on 37's and i must say it does definateyl ride nicer and wierdly they were easier to balance! - according to the garage.
I am now awaiting custom trialing arms from adrenalin 4x4 and a custom extend fulcrum bracket and prop to get the rear axle back in the centre of the arch so that they don't rub on articulation. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Defender 130 HCPU TD5 |

I suspect you can't have much suspension droop with that much lift. The rear wheel doesn't look like it is in the middle of the arch. Due to the arch radius of the rear arms. Longer arms or adjustable ones would help, but might be an issue on full compression as it'd then move the wheel backwards. |

Yes, that is my problem with the standard cranked trialing arms so have done a load of drawings and designed the arms extended in the crank so the mounts sit at factory angles) and extended fulcrum ball joint to make it work. They won't go right in the centre but will go back 50mm which means when I can drop my bump stops by 4 inches and have travel from this right down to as far as the trialing arms will let it hang out.
I get a lot of folk taking the with the lift lol but did a friendly competition in the south of france where i blew a number of defenders and modded disco 1's out of the park with its articulation and managed to drive home via the Pyranees after Defender 130 HCPU TD5 |
