Trailer test, don't tell me you need to get tested before you can pull one ? New one on me. Is this a new thing ? |

Depends when you were born, I was born in 82 and think I was one of the first years to have to do it. If your older you get 'grandfather' rights and get away with it! |

January '97 was then cut off. I was born in '80 and passed my test in Dec '97 so have to take the test for anything over 3,500 kg GVM car and trailer combined which isn't much use in a 2,100 kg 110 with a 750kg sankey with a ton in it or an Ifor with a series on it.
If you're a half blind granny who's barely driven all her life and is a danger on the road in a 1989 Micra in broad daylight in the dry, you wouldn't need the test. Perhaps I should start a rant in the grumpy old man thread |

Get some dry webtex military bags from beckets or
Surplus and adventure . Then chuck one of brownchurches Cargo covers. That's what I use , have had no problems til The bloody mice in the shed ate hole in the bloody bags Have fun be happy |
