Incontrol: Problems to login in Pivi Pro

I can't logged. I am making it with wifi and the username and password are ok. In the iPhone I haven't problem in the app, but in the pivot pro...impossible!!
I enter the data into the Pivi Pro and it appears "Impossible connection"
¿Anyone having the same problem?

Same here. Remote on my iPhone works fine but login to PiviPro says "user name or password not correct". Changed password but didn't help either. Created a new inControl account and that worked but it's useless since I want to connect with my account. Will have an appointment with a specialist as the dealer couldn't help so far.
