I like what i've see so far, but I don't think that the Bronco will kill the Grenadier. The Bronco is a recreational offroader, the Grenadier on the other hand is more of a tool for professionals. ___________________________________

No Bronco for Europe, so no competition here. Definitely more competition in the states though. I do think the Bronco and Wrangler are different markets though, being aimed more at the leisure 4x4 market. Grenadier seems to be going for the commercial market mainly with only sideline in the leisure sector. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

I agree, this is no more of a threat to Grenadier in the States than the Wrangler already is, so it will mainly take sales from the Wrangler.
Having said that, I really like it - and there will be some disenfranchised Defender buyers who are currently excited by the Grenadier, that find their heads turned. Plus you can reserve one now (in the US) for expected delivery next spring - the Grenadier is still a long way off. |
