Looks like a steering guard bar (an alternative to the bash plates that others fit)

But Mike, yours too could become extreme off road, with the addition of some extreme off road orange paint. I'm sure Halfrauds do it in a rattle can

Spotted this 90 today. Very late TD vehicle right before the Defender rebrand. Looked totally original and even had the side tapes still on.

Badge on front would read 90?
And wasn't the DT a Range Rover? Or was that the Turbo D? LR didn't exactly stick to any real rules at this time you know
