[Wanted] Defender 90 van sides
Hello, firstly apologies, I've been a member of the forum for some years but have been a 'lurker', benefitting from the knowledge of other members but not posting myself!
I'm currently treating my defender 90 to a bit of tidy up and am looking for some replacement van sides. I'm probably hoping for the impossible in trying to find a set that are as close to perfect as possible without being at the completely opposite end of the country but I'm hoping someone on here might have some for sale. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

Hi,
Not sure if you have the same problem but.
A friend of mine owns a bodyshop, he had a Defender in for a respray. The van sides were really badly dented in multiple places, he said the time it would have taken to fill every ding would have made it very costly. So he got some thin aluminium sheet and bonded it to the sides. He said it looked perfect.

Hi, I've got pretty much perfect sides on my 90 but I've recently bought some with side windows. I was going to cut mine and swap the window frames over to keep mine but could be persuaded to sell them instead if its what you're looking for.
I notice you're in North Wales as am I Very Happy 1984 90 V8 puma want to be.

Thank you both for your replies. Bonding a sheet is certainly something to consider. Simon, nice to speak to you, pity your sides are the early type otherwise it would have worked out well. So, still on the lookout.
