The recessed part on the side of the grille should slide in between the two wings. You could add a washer to either side of the slam panel to push the wings out a little or try just to push the grille panel in at the side. If genuine it’s only made of fibreglass so will usually flex a little, and as you push will pop in between the two wings. Ray

There aren't different versions of the grill panel but there probably are of the of the slam panel. As Ray says though, nothing that can't be resolved with a bit if packing and ingenuity. Darren

Thanks - I've got it on, but can't for the life of me get the far left screw holes to line up with the slam panel. Seems to be catching at the very top of the surround where it meets the wing. Will have another look but might have to trim it slightly
On another note, what are the bolts needed to attach it on the sides to the bracket? One on each side towards the bottom of the surround. |

They are actually very large screws, no.14 x 3/4", that screw into spire nuts clipped on the end of the brackets. The part number for them is AB614065L.
