This is one of them upgrades where it doesn't make much sense until you get them.
car looks 100% meaner especially if you have 18" alloys and the standard discs look lost, I didn't change the master cylinder on my AP install but i know the rear's are special build (think off the front of some Subaru) Llama4x4 for the braided brake hoses |

Already have braided hoses, but the kit came with them... |

Who’s doing your LS3 installation?
Our daughter’s partner is ex-Bowler and builds this sort of stuff as a living and it might be worth getting him to look at it as (whisper this quietly...) he was the brains behind the Works V8 development... |

Interesting, been pricing up getting everything from the US, even with shipping and duty, still cheaper, a lot cheaper to source there.

i asked about the MC as any pedal movement will only push a given amount of fluid and you have more pistons that will require pushing. Cheers

As far as I know, it’s not an issue, and plenty have upgraded without problems. This might just be down to a desired pedal feel... shall see

This was how I intended to do it, I had a friend with a company sending a shipping container between Florida and Ireland twice a year, anyway this fell through and spiralling install costs I shelved the idea, however the m57 conversion is really getting me interested... t6 magnum conversion was going to be 6k + buying the box.. the m57 conversion isn’t much more |

I've just fitted a set of LOF brakes to my 90. Just have to wait another 5 days to tax it and try them out 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon

There was another option, instead of buying new, buy a used LS3, have it rebuilt etc, and shipped, big savings, not brand new however, but much cheaper to import as spares |

Only fronts to start as Luke suggested that a 90 will stop well enough without the rears. I already have a 110 rear brake setup on my 90 so should be OK, although just for completeness I may well get the rears as well 2002 90 Td5 Station Wagon 1990 Vogue SE Triumph Tiger Explorer 1200 Td5 90 Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic50767.html Tdi 110 Thread https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic69562.html RRC Thread http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic54492.html Instagram http://www.instagram.com/george_grafton |

Told me the same. Just seemed unbalanced to me, especially with the massive fronts and the single
piston caliper on the rear. Can’t wait to see how they perform. |
