Replacing the fuel filter front shield
Hi,

I am about to replace the fuel filter front shield on my 2011 TDCI as it's badly corroded. I have treated and protected the new one, is there anything I should be mindful of or look out for when doing this. I am presuming it's just a staright swap. Neutral

May be a stupid question, but as I have come to learn things on a Defender are not always as straightforward as they should be!

Cheers all!

Make sure that the retainer is in good condition. My cover was just about to fall off.
Talking about DA1670. Can replace by a simple bolt and nut if want more security. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing
