I left Adrian Flux a few years ago because every time I dealt with them on the phone I came away annoyed or irritated. Anyway, they phoned the other day asking if they could quote to win my business back. Calling me “Mate” all through the call was mildly irritating, but I thought yes, why not? No harm in shopping around. How foolish of me to then think he would work up a quote. The chap just transferred me to a telephone holding queue which I hung up on after 5 mins.

Insurers.... Don’t phone me up offering to give me a quote then waste my time by sticking me on hold. It’s not good service! 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

Adrian Flux Evil or Very Mad Designed to give insurance to chavs, boy racers and the type of motorists who no one else will insure.

I lalso hate the term 'mate' unless the person saying it is your mate not some oik on the end of a phone. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at..
