rear cross member and chassis leg all test fitted to the chassis and partly welded so at be hold lot can be welded in place to the chassis but be for this happens RC 900 and DINITROL ML in side all hidden parts and RC 900 out side too then chassis black

now welded in place E - tech chassis black paint next and then rebuild Very Happy

How are you finding the RC900? I am after some rust treatment myself but holding off until I find the best one.

When I had my new one the guy pulled the loom out of the chassis rail and then ran it along the top. That way you can weld up the holes and saves the crud and water entering and rotting it out over the years... just a thought...
