I have been thinking about adding to my security on my garages.
Has anyone any experience of Yale alarms OR any alternative make for me to look at? I have a good superfast wifi connection and l could run an Ethernet cable if needed. I like the idea of linking it to Alexa, plus smoke detectors & not worried about cctv (already have A system). Not having to pay a subscription appeals TIA Guy May your life be like toilet paper ; long & useful. |

How about having a baby monitor in the garage? You can lie awake at night listening to your pride and joy.

Im in the process of moving,
have a Nest smart alarm, have nest and Axis cameras at the current place, and really like the nest cameras, have to pay monthly but worth it IMO, it all links in, have also got the phillips hue lightning and it can all be linked to turn all lights on etc with motion / alarm going off. |

I have a Yale Alarm EF Series KIT1 I cannot fault it. Very easy to install at least if you can handle a screwdriver
As its WIFI no wires and a great range of add on's available in truth I cannot find fault with Yale. For those who like Welsh Mountains and narrow boats have a look at my videos and photos at.. http://www.youtube.com/user/conwy1 |

Likewise, I’ve got the Yale ‘Smart Alarm’ system on my place... sensors in both shed and garage (as well as house obviously) and it all works fantastically. Can arm/disarm on ya phone, and when it does activate it sends phone a text as well as sounding internal and outside siren (both bloody loud) ..... best diy system out there imo 👍🏻 Guns and Landrovers .... anything else is irrelevant.

Forget to add - Plus you can place a freestanding sensor inside the Landie 👍🏻 Guns and Landrovers .... anything else is irrelevant.
