I’ve had three sets of sand on various defenders and they’ve always brightened up the interior hugely . Having said that if yours is black have you looked at the Melville and Moon grey ones , or Escape gear charcoal ? They’d look really smart and would stop it looking to Goth !! https://www.instagram.com/hustynminepark/

Hi Tash had a set of Melville and Moon sand coloured seat covers in her 2010 puma 90 and they were great the only time we washed them was when we put them up for sale on here in 2012 and they came up like new oh and she had a matching rear wheel cover as well they really did look smart and are I would say hard wearing this was her daily cheers Paul Tash n Barney

Another thumbs up for the Melvill and Moon seat covers. I honestly think they will outlive the Landy.

I have Escape Gear sand coloured covers on my Galway Green Defender. Galway green is very dark, almost black in some lighting conditions and I think they look great. Euro-Leafing to infinity and beyond.....

I had the same dilemma, I opted for black on all 3 rows (mine is a silver 110).
The Rottweiler turns them sand every time she jumps on them with here muddy feet....... but they return to black. I think that if I had bought sand she would have turned them permanently near black!!! Cheers Rob |

Thanks for the feedback
I really like the Melville Moon covers but they are at a premium, that said everyone has said they are top quality item that will last many years. Escape gear covers look good too no as expensive and maybe not as good as the Melville Moon but still a sound purchase Still on the fence with colour Sand will brighten up the interior as said but charcoal or black will stay cleaner longer. Maybe a Poll? 2023 Defender L663 V8 2016 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 TDV8 (gone) 2010 110 XS Utility 2.4TDCI 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 (gone) 2007 Discovery HSE TDV6 (gone) 1993 110 csw 200 tdi (gone) 1994 90 HT 300 tdi (gone) 1994 discovery 300tdi (gone) 90 hybrid 3.5 v8 (gone) Range rover bobtail 3.5 v8 (gone) |
