2011 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 SW Fuji White

Seat runner reassembly advice needed please

Hi
Was cleaning a new (second hand) Puma seat base (LR045271) when the inner rail came out from the runner along with 4 ball bearings

Has anyone got any tips for putting it back together please?

OK I sorted this, one ball bearing front and back each side. The lower rail had slightly widened which is why the bearings came out - now works fine
