Check to see if you have the overlay kit fitted. macfrank gave me some info on it. This was what caused mine to display the same issues as yours. Overlay kit was installed badly and had corroded at the joins.

Not a lot of time to investigate further today as I had to appease SWMBO and do some gardening!
However, I did notice something else when I finally got a chance to look at the Defender: with the ignition on there is a steady ticking noise at the nearside front - sounds like it could be from behind the headlight. It could be related. |

I've tested fuses and connections.
Without access to a Nanocom or other fault code reader, I can only think that the AS10 is faulty or needs reprogramming. Is it possible the AS10 lost its settings whilst the dash was out? |
