Vacuum pump oil pipe
I removed the alternator at the weekend and made a bit of a mess of the little oil pipe attached to the brake server vacuum pump. The part is apparently obsolete can anybody advise on somewhere I could get a bit of pipe the same size I don't know where or what to measure. The part is apparently SQC500010

Cheers

Looks like YKL100120 is the bit to me.

The critical measurements are the internal diameter and the length.

It is a very simple length of (oil-resistant) rubber hose, and any hose or hydraulic pipe supplier should be able to sort you out.

The OD of nylon pipe that corners to the pipe your after is 8.84 mm. SQC500010 is 70 mm long prox

I think that dorsetsmith is actually saying that the outside diameter of the pipe that the one you need fits on to is 8.84mm, so the inside diameter of the one you need should fit onto this one, so probably about 8.5mm.

I think.....

If in doubt, measure the outlet on the vac pump and the spigot on the engine, these should give you the ID for the pipe you need.
