Under floor cooler orientation

I think it’s one of pornys jobs Ian of IRB I know it’s under the floor but can’t make out he orientation from the surrounding chassis any help appreciated cheers chris

Well the round section in the bottom right of the last photo looks like the gearbox crossmember, if that helps.

Looking at the length of those pipes it could only be under the passenger foot well I would think.

The round tube looks to me like the tubular outrigger?

Td5 would have a flat gearbox crossmember IIRC?  1988 90 Td5 NAS soft top

To me it looks like under floor of passenger feet.

The plastic conduit shielding on the right is the battery cable along top of rail coming from engine going to battery box

The black circular bit is the front support leg, from side sill to chassis.

In front of that is the top part of the passenger outrigger that the bulkhead bolts to.

Photo taken from under battery box near radius arm mounts looking forward.

Only my guess. Cheers

It's under the front passenger floor...

Actually works very well and makes a huge difference to gearbox temps especially towing.

After things get back to normal, I will be making a few more kits. IRB
