Lincolnshire is relatively low down in terms of reported infections and subsequently deaths. Still too many of course and our local hospitals have put in a number of restrictions as well as cancelling all routine elective surgery and outpatient clinics.
I work in Nottinghamshire which is marginally higher per capita. Most of the NHS have implemented similar restrictions to services as clinical staff are retrained in order to support the expected influx of respiratory patients. The major conurbations is where the rapid increases are taking effect for obvious reasons. Back to work ... |

Not jealous of that, some serious toy is that a Humber box in the background? Love to here and see more of that.
As the weather is nice it’s been outside tasks today, painting walls and fences etc. Have a few other bits to do before I can get back on with Maggie, but as my job is essential I won’t be isolating as much as some. 90 wolf - Jasmin http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic39408.html 90 V8 - Maggie http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic42564.html 110 TD5 - Buggsy http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic59029.html 52HG25 lightweight https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic72342.html D3 Hse - Fiona Capri 2l S - Anna Think I might have a problem............ |

I work in a school so I am still going to work everyday to look after the students with key worker parents or vulnerable students.
In between that, I have front wheel bearings, a variety of bushes and a few accessories to fit to my 90, and a pair of shock absorbers for my Disco 2. Also need to re-fit my CB radio into the 90 which has been on the to do list for far too long. BORG - Bucks & Oxon 4x4 Response Group |

Fitting motors to the caravan wheels so I can look like every other ponce on the campsites...
Although it's a pretty small caravan, so I think I win the prize Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... Last edited by ZeDefender on 24th Mar 2020 9:50pm. Edited 1 time in total |

Well we had an oak tree blown down in the winds a few weeks back so though i would tackle that.
Starting point (approx 3m lof trunk from root to fork with 30" diameter trunk to that point, about 40" at fork) End of Day 1 End of 2nd session, just cut past the 40" crown. angle puts bar length out of proportion. cant plank it as bit of rot down the middle it seems. Shame. going to keep me warm for a while longer yet. Cheers James 110 2012 XS Utility 130 2011 M57 bespoke Camper 90 2010 Hardtop 90 M57 1988 Hardtop |

Well I have been toying with a rebooting an old hobby of my teens, for years. My GCSE music Teacher put me off, and I ended up mothballing it all. I did try off and on after that but I just couldn't get back into it. The damage was done, and a project car came a long.
But after hearing someone on youtube, playing the style of music i like, last year. Really did reboot things again. So this year i decided enough is enough, and i won an auction of The Complete Piano Player 1,2,3 and 4, for a £5 posted. Which really filled me up with that magic i had again! So since they arrived in the post on saturday, i have started on book one. Here is my keyboards, that i have had since i was 13!! iam 34 now! Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge The keyboard at the very top, was a birthday present from my mum for my 13th birthday, and the one under was a present from my step dad for my 15th birthday present. ( this one is more advanced than the top one) Then in 2008 when i tried again, i managed to get my hands on a basic 88 key synthesizer. But i am toying with the idea of switching that to something a little more powerful. Now that the prices of some of the hardware has dropped. I am really enjoying my time with these 3 again! i am fired up again like i was 13 again Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back Success is 90% Inspiration and 4 minutes Preparation # you can make it! |
