Fitted a cubby box from Exmoor trim. You fit two bits of wood over the inspection tray using existing holes then screw your cubby box to the wood. Easily done and I am sure it will work for the Paddock's one. If you are unclear I will post photos. 1982 88" 2.25 diesel

Used box-section alloy tube from local DIY store and rivnuts. Very nice finish and it's slightly raised which is good to rest arm on.
Box section comes in different heights/seizes so you can adjust to your body-size (armrest-wise) or could fit speaker, safe ... under cubby, too.

Do have a spare tray, too. We could make a swap-deal as I'm after some small bits from the UK and they don't ship to something as far away and foreign as Germany.

I'm not after you're tray but if you drop me a pm containing info on the small bits you are after I can post them over for you and we could do a swap deal? All I would ask for in return is a bottle or two of apple Korn Whistle
