How to measure lift on Puma

Hi

Almost a year ago my M Reg Landy Station wagon caught fire.

I purchased a Puma to replace it. 2008 XS.

Its bloody difficult to clamber into.

How would I tell if it's been lifted? Or is it just old age?

Thanks once again for any advice.
