You're right you don't see many broken down tractors but come harvest time the roads around these parts are littered with broken down combines. They've been sat in a barn for 10 months without any maintenance and are then expected to work their socks off. If they don't break down then they catch fire. Defender 90XS SW

In the mid 1960's I remember the local Garage/haulage company used a Series II to haul broken down lorries off the M1 from Watford Gap to Long Buckby!
Don't remember one towing a Fordson Major though Just because you're offended doesn't mean you're right. |
