Then avoid both the DiscoSport and the Evoque of that age as they have terrible thirst for AdBlue, terrible reliablity and DPF and oil dilution issues if diesels........... and terrible InControl Touch systems. The E-pace will not be available at the age you are interested in as it only came to the market 18-24 months ago Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

Ended up with a 68 DSport HSE at a great price. Nice car and the wife is chuffed to bits.

Incidentally, the dealer told me they had sold over 100 new defenders, despite never having one to test drive!! There can’t be many other motors past or present with that sort of pulling power.
